All of our food is prepared freshly on site. Head Chef Tommy uses the best local ingredients when available and where possible we source our food from local suppliers – our fresh meat is from Whitegate Farm in Orpington and fish from Chapmans in Sevenoaks who launch their own boats from Rye. Our cured meats come from Beal’s Farm in Eridge who supply many Michelin star restaurants and top hotels, and cheeses from the Cheeseman in East Sussex.
